Short version
I have worked in the Kent area from 1997 – 2008 as a Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager/Customer Service/Training Manager and then from 2008 – 2011 as a Personal Advisor and Confidence/Motivation Coach on the DWP Pathways to Work Contract.
Having been ideally placed over the past 14 years, supporting people to find and return to work or start a new business, I have built many links with various employers, training and support services.
In short I’m passionate about people realising their potential.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt for two years. He is a very supportive person who I watched change many peoples lives just by believing in them and getting them to believe in themselves. He is very focused on the individual and see’s their strengths and helps them to build on it. You give Matt the tools and show him that you are keen to go into work, follow his suggestions and have faith in what he is doing, then you won;t go far wrong.
